Whilst enjoying a successful and rewarding career as a HR Director (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and Management Consultant running my own Company, over a 35-year period, it was not until I retired in 2016 from the corporate world, that I was able to fully reflect on my life, its challenges and traumas and the impact on my health and relationships. I questioned what was the purpose or point of it all and I had profound questions about who I really am and why I am alive as a human on Earth at this moment in time. When I was 38 years of age I fell very ill with ME (Myalgic encephalomyelitis) and had to take two years off work. In those days the medical profession did not accept it as an illness and it was believed that people were skiving and making it up. I did my own research and completely cured myself.

However, during this quiet period, free from travelling in the fast lane, working long hours, exposed to serious stress where my adrenalin levels were constantly on fight or flight mode, it awakened me to my biggest experiences where I became connected to the Universe. In researching and studying the amazing quantum energies, higher dimensions and divine source, I could feel how the Earth is evolving and our importance within this Universe. This has allowed me to develop skills that can truly support others to enjoy life and see challenges as positive experiences for growth and expansion.

My view is that we all have the capability to improve our lives using our thoughts and speech. What we think and say is translated by the energies of the Universe and this attracts what is delivered to us. We all have the ability to effectively and positively overcome all challenges but, as human beings, we have lacked the knowledge and skills to do so or, more accurately, whilst here as a human we forget that we are actually multi-dimensional beings and our higher self has access to all there is.

About Poppy

“Rest in peace my little companion and you are forever in my heart”

My lovely dog, Poppy, is a rescue dog and we met each other 6 years ago. She was so frightened, not eating and was quite poorly. There was an instant bonding and she quickly settled so, following lock down, we went off travelling together to include three month’s around parts of Spain, sending healing from there to across the world. I took my tuning forks, tarot and angel cards. I left crystals everywhere we visited. I used the tuning forks high up in the Pyrenees mountains and the experiences we had were amazing. This year we have been travelling around England.

My beautiful Poppy died on Friday 16th May 2025 and I debated about whether to take her details off the website. However, she has been a huge part of my spiritual journey and, with my knowledge and connection to the Universe, she is continuing to support me from the other side. Having now received messages, she has explained her journey with the most amazing story. What a very special soul and infinite being she is.
