These terms apply to all bookings and purchases made through cathyhardy.co.uk (“the website”). By booking a session, course or event, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Cathy Hardy, a sole trader (“we”, “us”, “our”), contactable at hello@cathyhardy.co.uk and 07886 635 176. Apartment 16 Trafalgar Court, Uffculme, Devon, EX15 3XL.

2. Our services

We offer spiritual and wellbeing services including QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) sessions, life coaching, meditation groups, courses and one-off events. Services are delivered in person and/or via Zoom video, as described on each booking page.

3. Important — nature of our services

Our services are for relaxation, personal development and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, advice or treatment. We are not medical practitioners. Nothing we offer should be taken as medical advice, and you should not stop, start or change any medical treatment on the basis of a session with us. If you have a physical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, please seek your practitioner’s guidance before booking.

By booking, you confirm you are 18 or over and are booking of your own free will.

4. Booking and payment

Bookings are made through the website and paid at the time of booking via our payment provider, Stripe, which accepts debit and credit cards and, for eligible purchases, Klarna. Payment is taken in full at the point of booking unless an instalment option (Klarna) is selected, in which case Stripe and Klarna handle the instalment arrangement and we receive payment in full.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. For events and sessions requiring joining details or a location, we will send these to you separately after booking.

5. Free consultations

We offer a free 30-minute consultation before QHHT and life coaching work. This is an opportunity to discuss your needs and is provided at no charge and with no obligation on either side to proceed.

6. Prices

Prices are as shown on the website at the time of booking. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We may change prices from time to time, but changes do not affect bookings already made.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is set out in full in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Attendance and conduct

For group sessions and courses, please arrive or join at the time stated. We reserve the right to decline entry to anyone arriving significantly late where it would disrupt the session for others. We ask all participants to be respectful of others in group settings.

9. Recordings and confidentiality

QHHT sessions are usually recorded, and the recording is shared with you afterwards as part of the process. Other sessions are not recorded unless agreed with you in advance. All individual sessions are treated as confidential. In group settings, we ask participants to respect one another’s privacy and not to share or record others without their consent.

10. If we need to cancel or reschedule

Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a session, course or event. If we do, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. We are not liable for any other costs you may incur (for example travel).

11. Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Because outcomes from wellbeing and spiritual work vary from person to person, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
